Over the past year $Employee has exhibited strong growth in any number of the corporate values. Without his and/or her efforts the Agamemnon project and managed to increase TCM ratios substantially.
i was most impressed by his/her/its ability to coordinate the distribution of highly innovative SmartAsset systemology.
Naturally, i believe that $Employee could benefit from a more proactive role with increased responsibilites, but care should be provided to ensure that realistic date forcasting is provided. i'd note that at least one project was completed late due to unforseen issues regarding timing/resources/Armageddon/fickle whims of an angry God, and that such events should be better planned for in the future.
i hate reviews.
What's particularly irk-some about this review cycle is that i already know that i'm not going to get a raise (which, frankly is fine by me. i'm quite comfy with what i make) any bonus, or otherwise come out of this with any sort of advantage what-so-ever. As a bonus, nearly every single project i worked on this past year was either glorified busy work with short deadlines (whoo-hoo! i builded a form!), or was a major project that had more stalls than a '78 Olds with a block of wood for a carburator.
Unfortunately, i have to submit one, since, not submitting one is "bad".
Oh well, at least i have a template for doing everyone else's.
