:: Coming Up On The Discovery Channel…

You wanna know something? Sharks just don't do it for me anymore.

Maybe it was the fact that i was raised on a steady diet of JAWS movies growing up (a diet that seemed to get progressively more fishy, particularly when it came to JAWS XXXVIII: Sharks In Space! which i understand was the first Direct to Dumpster movie ever), and later supplimented by yearly doses of Shark Week, which very cleverly featured the exact same footage featured on three hundred and twelve different shows, shown twice because they've only got one satellite.

Tack on the fact that i live right next to the Red Triangle, (proving that PBS is publically minded by providing 15 more minutes of footage for future shark weeks) and, yeah, people getting chummy with sharks is really no big deal anymore.

Of course, that's probably bad news for this movie, but then i'm guessing it's not going to be a big box-office buster anyway.

Goat Week.Yep, show after show exposing these savage nibblers for the ruthless grass eating machines they are featuring slow motion capture of goats actually leaping from the water to attack a defenseless patch of clover or…

Next Week on Discovery..
Lemming Week

Oh God Cyril, there's one in the cheese!
Only on The Discovery Channel

That's what i'm talking about. So you think they'd also go for my "Slug Week" marathon as well? i'm sure i can work up a few trailers (provided we can keep them moist enough).
