Sometime around mid-day i realized that i could take a longer than normal lunch hour.
It was with this sudden flash of insight that i decided to go visit a Quik-E-Mart. Sadly, however, i was to be denied.
In spite of news reports to the contrary, no Quik-E-Marts in Mountain View, although i now know where every 7/11 in that town is.
Sigh.

It was the only time I've ever had to stand in line to get into a convenience store. Sadly, they were out of all Simpsons-related products, except the Squishee cups.
I am quite disappointed that the 7-Eleven locations I downloaded into my in-car GPS don't seem to include any in our neck of the woods.
