Whooo! Wow, what a great Blog Day. Man, i'm still coming off the buzz of that one.
Wait, you never heard of Blog Day?
That's ok. Frankly, neither had i. But i understand that Blog Day is quite the movement where we gather together and talk like bloggers, and say things like "Yarr!" and "Blimey" and "Truely, the relinquished agony i feel about the empty meaninglessness that is my life can only be sated by Mr. Fluffles, my cat." Wait, no, that's not it.
Apparently my Blog Day obligation was to point out blogs that i read that are interesting and that folks visiting here might like. You know, just like the links section i run on the left hand side of every page of my blog. Only, you know, on Blog Day. Where, apparently, other folks aren't supposed to lie to you about those reciprocal links and actually point out the blogs they really do read. Not that they would do something as shallow as that.
Still, it's important that we have days like this, where one day we can have parades where bloggers march down the avenue to the happy cries of the cheering admirer and scatter mere seconds after the light changes and traffic starts heading down the street again. Perhaps we can each get t-shirts that proclaim "We Blog And We're Proud. (Except When We Run Out Of Ice Cream And Get Really Cranky About How Other People Never Respect Our Stuff Ooh And Also When We Find Out About That New Technology That Everyone Else Is Talking About But Really Isn't That Great Since It Doesn't Work In Safari)."
Ok, maybe two shirts.
Possibly three.
Still, hope you had a happy blog day and each learned a valuable lesson.
