To all the people who woke up this morning at 2AM to stand outside of various stores in order to get "Great Values" on cardboard VCRs and 12MB MP3 players, uhm…. go you.
For all the people who will be getting cardboard VCRs and 12MB MP3 players, pretend that dried, cumbly, brown substance isn't the blood of a fellow shopper and make sure to smile when you learn that they only spent $50 for something that cost about $1.30 to make.
For all the rest of us, i see that the GPS i've been looking at dropped about $100 off the price, so i might be picking that up (USB powered FTW!!)
Hopefully, it's not made of cardboard.
Now, now JIM, I know you went for the "used bubblegum" option on that (which I think was definitely worth the extra shiny beads).
I was quite disappointed I couldn't find an iphone on sale anywhere and I turned the www up side down.
ironically turning the www upside down would have been super easy with an iphone.
Say what you will, I got a copy of The Orange Box (with TF2 and everyone's favorite four hour game) for PC for $25 at Best Buy, and I was able to do it in the afternoon!

Hey, don't knock cardboard consumer goods! My Ford Aspire was made of cardboard and aluminum foil, and it was a great car.
