A somewhat pleasant experience today reminded me that one's ultimate goal as a service is to be one that people actively look forward to using. One where "No" is never declared, but instead, "Let's work on a solution for that." One where even if you don't have any ability to fix the problem or complaint, folks still come to you because they believe you might be able to do something to solve the problem.
Finding that kind of service is an absolute pleasure.
Every day, i hope that i can provide that kind of service.
