i'm tempted to blame JIM for this, but in reality, it's my fault. i've spent the day moving most of my office into the garage.
The reason for this is because i plan on finally removing the choo-choo trains and areoplanes from the walls and replacing them with a set of nice shades of blue. Or possibly a two tone effect with a light tan at the bottom and a light blue up top. i haven't really decided yet, but there's next weekend for that.
No, what i've discovered is that moving an office into a garage sucks and screws with things like you wouldn't believe and sucks mightily. Not as much as moving to Canada does, so JIM still wins that particular round, but there is a great and voracious imploding of… things. i've also discovered that there is an amazing assortment of things i really don't need, for instance, i'm fairly certain that i no longer need my Win32 API Bible, a few cassettes from late 80's indy groups, or a few games that ran great on Win95.
And the worst bit, is that i know full well that even after i paint, i'm going to have to do that again when we have the carpet pulled up.
Perhaps i'll just leave everything in boxes for a few years.
Or shove it all to the curb and put a "Free" sign on it.
i mean, it's already halfway there…

Win32 API ref for free!? Games that use DOS4GW? I'm on my way over!
No need to move it out to the curb - I'll fetch everything from the garage.
