Sweet, I literally just got off the phone having described Valleywag as "The National Inquirer of Silicon Valley"
And it's not just for going with gems like Girlfriend rental more expensive than the real thing. (possibly Not Safe For Work, if your workplace doesn't like bubbles, smiles, "let's have some $1000/hr fun" looks, or Nick Denton) The reporting is about as tabloid as you can electronically portray.
