i'll start up a consulting agency doesn't work with big companies. It'll work by setting up a form that engineers at various companies can use. In that form, they can enter in their idea, concern, or other element that they can't get upper management to pay any attention to. My organization will then approach said big company as an outside interest and present said idea, concern, or element, preferably with some sort of live example or power point presentation, to the executives of said company.
This will cause them to immediately run around with their hair on fire and instantly address the idea, concern or other element.
i'll collect my bounty at something reasonable.
i'll make it up in sheer volume.
