When you put together a service that brings the convenience of the Digital Frontier to those that wish not to run up your customer support phone bills, Please make sure the damn thing works!
i know that it can be hard, what with the new fangled electrical forms and Human/Computer keyboard interfaces, but when you send me a letter telling me that my fridge might just set my house on fire, and that i need to schedule an appointment for a free, in home repair to keep said fridge from becoming an outward facing oven, said form repeatedly states that there was an error. Now, considering that said error occurred on your server, after getting the same info from any number of browsers, i'm willing to believe that someone over there isn't doing their job.
Slap them.
